Felt life is so worthless ?

Most of our self-critical thoughts take the form of an inner dialogue,a constant commentary and evaluation of what are experiencing cuz there is no social censure when our inner dialogue is harsh or callous.We often talk to ourselves in an especially brutal way."Why are you stupid ? Why are you so fat ? yet self-abuse is incredibly common.I personally think that every human being came across this.

"FLOCCINAUCINIHILIPILIFICATION" which defined as the habit estimating something as worthless,is one of the longest words in English language.When we are forced to admit our failings,we can appease our mental judges by acquiescing to their negative thinking of us.Be + , lesser the - thoughts! Life would be better that way.I hope when there is this + thoughts in me now, I would like to post this to remind myself when I'm having those shitty thinking in my minds.Same goes to you too Bud ! cheers.

Singapore trip.

Hi readers ! Here I am again ! I eventually went to Singapore with . . .

YES !JANE! ONLY BOTH OF US. You actually believe this ?

Both of us are actually afraid of this and that ,but this time , I think we actually borrowed guts from the guys. All the way up to Singapore by bus.

When we reached , my godfather brought us to east cost for dinner .It's fregin awesome there !

20/10/2011 - My class started almost for a week. It's very tiring as most of my classes are in 8 in the morning. FYI , for the most of the time , I'm physically awake but not mentally awake early in the morning. For today , after my morning class , suddenly a cooking mood popped up. It just seems to be a perfect day to spend time in the kitchen. D and J were the lucky ones that tried it today . :]
