Stop beating ourselves up.


Felt life is so worthless ?
Most of our self-critical thoughts take the form of an inner dialogue,a constant commentary and evaluation of what are experiencing cuz there is no social censure when our inner dialogue is harsh or callous.We often talk to ourselves in an especially brutal way."Why are you stupid ? Why are you so fat ? yet self-abuse is incredibly common.I personally think that every human being  came across this.

"FLOCCINAUCINIHILIPILIFICATION" which defined as the habit estimating something as worthless,is one of the longest words in English language.When we are forced to admit our failings,we can appease our mental judges by acquiescing to their negative thinking of us.Be + , lesser the - thoughts! Life would be better that way.I hope when there is this + thoughts in me now, I would like to post this to remind myself when I'm having those shitty thinking in my minds.Same goes to you too Bud ! cheers.
